Frontline workers are increasingly facing unpredictable and high risk situations, including the growing presence of knives and machetes across Victoria.

Strategic Operations International delivers specialised training designed to support Frontline workers by strengthening situational awareness, conflict management, and last resort personal safety skills.

This training is prevention focused, aligned with State WHS obligations, and designed to help staff recognise risk early, de escalate safely, and protect themselves while remaining compliant with organisational policies and duty of care requirements.

Staff safety is not optional. Preparedness matters. This training emphasises Situational Awareness, Conflict Management, and Physical Self-Defence, equipping you with the tools to prevent escalation and respond effectively under pressure.
