Strategic Operations International delivers a specialised professional training program for Child Recovery Agents deployed into high-risk Anti-Child Trafficking (ACT) environments. This course is designed for personnel involved in child recovery, protection, and repatriation operations, where risk management, operational discipline, and safeguarding are critical.

Course Overview
This is an intensive specialist program focused on preparing personnel for operational deployment in complex and high-risk environments associated with child recovery and anti-trafficking work.

Participant Limit: Maximum 10 participants
Limited numbers ensure operational integrity, safety, and a high instructor-to-participant ratio.

Who This Training Is For
This program is designed for individuals who are:
Currently working in child recovery or anti-child trafficking operations
Seeking professional-level specialist skills for deployment roles
Operating within NGOs, security, or recovery-focused organisations


This is not an introductory course. It is specialist training focused on professional operational capability.

Course Content
Training covers critical operational and security competencies, including:
Recovery and Repatriation Foundations
Memorandums of Understanding (MOU) and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA)
Providing for the safety and protection of persons at risk
Identification of possible trafficking indicators
Assessing ACT-specific security risk management options
Implementing an ACT security risk management plan
Coordinating effective recovery operations
Coordinating effective repatriation processes
Training in required physical response capabilities


Physical Training Component
Physical training is delivered based on operational requirements and role relevance.

Where required, training focuses on lawful, proportionate, and role-appropriate physical response skills, aligned with safety, compliance, and duty of care considerations.
